The Person

We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Associate who is eager to build a long-term career in real estate sales.
To be successful, you will have:

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A self-motivated and proactive approach
- Confidence with prospecting and client follow-up
- The ability to work in a structured, team-focused environment
- Strong attention to detail and CRM/database management skills
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence preferred
- Previous real estate experience preferred, but not essential
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support a high-performing sales agent across all areas of the sales process. You will play a key role in prospecting, buyer management, database growth,



client relationship management and assisting with active listings.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Conducting database follow-up and nurturing client relationships
- Buyer matching and introducing qualified buyers to suitable properties
- Assisting with appraisals, listing preparation and campaign management
- Managing buyer enquiries and maintaining CRM accuracy
- Supporting the lead agent with active listings
- Assisting with open homes, inspections and vendor communication
- Providing in-office support and mentoring to junior staff where required
- Working collaboratively with the broader sales team
