- Maintain current client relationships and account management.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Robust experience of recruitment processes and best practice.
- Provide tailored individual career opportunities and advice to candidates.
- Managers and Principal consultants should provide mentorship to junior consultants and mange individual and team P&L;
