About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Gym Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a brand-new fitness facility in Bankstown. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building a thriving gym community while driving membership growth, leading operations, and creating an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym.
- Drive membership sales and revenue growth.
- Create engaging social media content to promote the gym.
- Manage staff rosters and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain compliance, workplace health and safety standards.
- Foster a welcoming, energetic, and results-driven environment.

About You

- Previous experience in a Gym Manager, Assistant Manager, or fitness leadership role.




- Proven ability to grow memberships and achieve sales targets.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Experience managing rosters, operations, and compliance.
- Confident creating social media content and engaging with the local community.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
