Anila Recruitment is supporting the recruitment of an OSHC Manager position located at Matraville. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader or driven Educator, ready to step into leadership within a small, well-supported service environment.

This role would suit someone with OSHC or early learning experience who is confident working independently, enjoys autonomy, and is looking for a genuine leadership prospect without the pressure of managing a large service. The organisation is particularly passionate about inclusive support and is seeking someone who values supporting children with additional needs and disabilities.

Role Details:

- Permanent part-time position
- Approx. 34 hours per week
- $36-$38 per hour (negotiable) + superannuation
- Split shift allowance provided
- Immediate start available

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday: 6:50am – 9:00am and 2:00pm – 6:00pm
- Tuesday: 11:00am – 1:00pm (leadership meeting)
- Thursday: 11:00am – 1:00pm (admin/programming)

About the Service:

- Small OSHC service licensed for 30 children
- Average daily attendance around 15 children
- Calm and community-focused environment

What a Typical Day Looks Like:

- Opening and closing the service
- Supervising children before and after school
- Running activities, games, outdoor play, craft, and homework support
- Preparing afternoon tea and managing daily routines
- Building relationships with families and the school community




- Supporting children with additional needs
- Managing compliance, attendance records, incidents, and medication documentation
- Programming and curriculum planning
- Staff coordination and mentoring educators

About You:

- Minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Previous OSHC experience preferred
- Experience as a Responsible Person or leadership experience highly regarded
- Confident working independently within a single-staff model at times
- Passionate about inclusive support and building strong relationships with children and families
- Organised, reliable, and proactive

Requirements:

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum)
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
- CHCPRT025 – Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (or willingness to obtain)
- Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
