Your New Role
You'll take full site management responsibility for a mid-sized townhouse project in Morayfield, from set-out through to handover. With further projects lined up in similar growth suburbs, this is a long-term prospect rather than a single-project contract. You'll manage subcontractors, quality, safety and programme, and be the key point of contact on site.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Current QBCC licence (Supervisor or Low Rise Builder)
- Proven experience managing residential construction sites
- Townhouse or multi-unit residential experience strongly preferred
- Strong subcontractor management and programming skills
- A hands-on approach and solid communication with trades, clients and head office
