Skillforce Recruitment are seeking experienced Final Trim Operators for a 12 month contract commencing in October 2026

Working Conditions :

- DIDO : Waroona
- 10hours per day (M-F) Start at 6AM
- 6hours (S) : Optional
- PEM + Lab DAS
- Solar Farm Project : Mainly Trenching, Access Roads, Backfill & Cabling

Job Role and Tasks

- Precision Trimming: Grade subgrades, pull batters, and shape earthworks to exact design specifications.
- Detailed Excavation: Work closely around existing underground services, structures, and tight spaces.
- Machine Maintenance: Perform daily pre-start checks, clean, grease, and report any faults on the 13-tonne plant.
- Site Coordination:



Read civil plans or use GPS machine guidance systems while communicating with ground crews and supervisors.

Requirements and Licenses

- Tickets and Permits: Nationally recognized RII Excavator ticket and a current WA White Card.
- Driver’s Licence: Minimum C-Class or HR driver's licence depending on transport needs.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of dedicated final trim and detailed excavation experience.
- Health and Safety: Ability to pass pre-employment medical checks, plus drug and alcohol screenings.
