Our client is an Australian fashion retailer has been a recognisable name for over 30 years. With stores across the country and a long-standing presence in the market, it has remained a consistent player in Australian retail.

The Role

As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will report to a talented manager. Your role will include, but will not be limited to the following duties:

- Full function Accounts Payable
- High volume invoice processing
- International payment runs
- Petty cash reconciliations
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Supplier & customer liaison and inbox management
- Month-end assistance

Your Background

In order to be a successful applicant for this role,



you will possess the following attributes;

- Prior experience in a full function AP role
- Intermediate excel skills (pivot tables and Vlookups)
- Experience with Apparel 21 software or within a retail setting will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Happy to travel to the office 5 days per week
- Australian Citizen or PR
