The role

As a Senior Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant, you will be supporting a Partner, Senior Associate and a Solicitor. Duties will involve -

* Typing and drafting correspondence and documents, occasional dictation,
* Dealing with clients, barristers, other law firms and experts, agents, government departments,
* Compiling of Briefs to Counsel, diary and email management,
* Document management and billing,
* Organising travel arrangements, expense reconciliations,
* Assisting the Partner in his marketing responsibilities and general administration duties.

Your experience

You will need to have a minimum of 5 years Litigation Legal Assistant experience.

The Law Firm / Salary / Benefits

Well established law firm based in the Brisbane CBD of 30 staff. Offer comprehensive induction program, free flu injections, very social firm, free fruit baskets, $1500 / year towards gym membership, yearly performance/salary increases, weekly drinks, quarterly lunches, morning teas, cappuccino machine. Offer 2 days a work from home after 3 months. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience ($90,000 to $100,000 including Superannuation).
