Fetch Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Factory Cabinet Makers with a robust background in commercial joinery to join a busy and well-established workshop based in Melbourne’s East.

About the Role: Working in a fast-paced factory environment, you will be involved in the production of high-quality commercial joinery and cabinetry, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Assembly of commercial cabinetry and joinery
- Working from detailed plans and shop drawings
- Operating machinery including panel saws, edge banders, and CNC
- Cutting, edging, and preparing materials
- General factory duties and maintaining a clean work space
- Working both independently and as part of a team

Skills & Experience Required

- Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker (factory-based)
- Strong laminating experience




- Strong background in commercial joinery
- Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Experience with factory machinery (panel saw, edge bander, CNC highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
