An established civil contractor is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join its Urban team in Townsville. Working on subdivision and urban infrastructure projects, you'll play a key role in leading site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating site crews, subcontractors and resources while driving productivity, quality and programme outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site operations across civil subdivision projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant and site crews
- Ensure works are completed safely, on schedule and to specification
- Monitor project progress and maintain robust quality standards
- Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to achieve project milestones




- Mentor and lead site personnel to deliver successful project outcomes

About You

- Previous experience supervising civil construction projects
- Strong background delivering subdivision, roads or urban infrastructure projects
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Sound understanding of civil construction practices and safety requirements
- Certificate III in Civil Construction or similar (preferred)
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision (desirable)
