Main Duties:
- Provide clinical leadership across the residential aged care service.
- Lead, mentor and support nursing and care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Oversee clinical assessments, care planning, documentation and reporting.
- Promote best practice clinical governance, medication management and resident outcomes.
- Drive compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Partner with the Residential Manager to foster a positive team culture and deliver exceptional care outcomes.

Essentials:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous clinical leadership experience within residential aged care.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation and clinical governance.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of care minutes, clinical documentation and compliance requirements.
- Gerontology Nursing and/or Dementia Care qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and proactive leadership style.
