About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working as part of a team and takes ownership of your work. Ideally, you'll have:

- Proven experience as a Structural Drafter within an Australian engineering consultancy.
- Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills.
- Sound knowledge of Australian Standards and local construction practices.
- Experience preparing detailed structural documentation across building projects.
- The ability to coordinate effectively with engineers, architects and other consultants.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality drawings.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- The confidence to support and mentor junior drafters where required.

About the Role
You'll play an important part in the delivery of a range of structural projects by:

- Preparing accurate structural drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Coordinating models and drawings with internal and external project teams.
- Working closely with engineers to produce practical, buildable solutions.
- Ensuring documentation meets Australian Standards and project requirements.
- Reviewing drawings for quality and consistency.
- Contributing to drafting standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assisting with project delivery to meet deadlines and client expectations.
