Our client is seeking a motivated allied health professional to join a progressive, multidisciplinary occupational rehabilitation team. In this role, you will support individuals navigating physical injuries, psychological conditions and complex barriers to recovery, helping them rebuild confidence, restore function and achieve sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while receiving ongoing clinical support from experienced leaders and a collaborative team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, Rehabilitation Counsellors and Psychologists.

With exposure to Workers Compensation, CTP, DVA and EAP services, this is an opportunity to broaden your experience, strengthen your clinical capabilities and build a long-term career within a forward-thinking organisation.

What you will be doing:

- Deliver person-centred case management and coordinate tailored rehabilitation programs
- Identify return-to-work barriers and develop practical, outcome-focused recovery plans
- Support clients to improve function, independence, wellbeing and workplace participation
- Complete functional capacity evaluations, ergonomic assessments and pre-employment health assessments
- Work closely with employers, insurers, treating professionals and other key stakeholders
- Provide clear, evidence-based recommendations that support protected and sustainable outcomes
- Deliver services across both Original Employer Services and New Employer Services
- Manage a balanced caseload while maintaining high standards of service and documentation
- Contribute ideas that improve service delivery, client outcomes and future programs

What You Will Need:

- Degree in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or a related Allied Health field.
- AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC registration or equivalent professional registration.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- Own vehicle & fully clean driving license
