The Opportunity:

Hunter New England LHD is seeking PGY3+ SRMOs to support Emergency Departments across its hospital network. You’ll manage a broad range of acute presentations with guidance from senior clinicians, or increased autonomy in smaller rural sites.

Whether you're looking to build your ED confidence or take on more senior-level shifts, there are flexible options to suit your level and availability.

Clinical Environment:

- High-acuity EDs with diverse presentations: trauma, paediatrics, medical & surgical
- Supervision from FACEMs or senior registrars (depending on site)
- Smaller sites offer broader procedural exposure and increased autonomy
- Opportunity to refine clinical decision-making and acute care skills

Eligibility Criteria:

- AHPRA Registration




- PGY3+ with at least 6–12 months of Emergency Medicine experience
- ALS2 or equivalent highly regarded
- NSW Working with Children Check and Police Check
