Our client is a fast-growing, multidisciplinary paediatric allied health service in Melbourne’s west. The team includes Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, a Physiotherapist, Behaviour Therapists and Allied Health Assistants, with services delivered in-clinic plus school, childcare and home-based supports depending on family needs.

The practice isbased in Werribee and is expanding further across the western suburbs.

They are looking to welcome an enthusiastic Recent Graduate Speech Pathologist to work with children aged 0–16 (predominantly NDIS). You’ll be supported with a structured onboarding approach, regular supervision and a sustainable schedule designed to help you build confidence and competence.

On Offer:

- Salary guide: $80,000 + Super
- $2,000 PD allowance per year (pro rata)
- Weekly 1:1 supervision with leading clinicians
- MDT environment with regular collaboration and team learning days
- Options to work in-clinic, schools or clients home

Key Requirements:

- Speech Pathology qualification
