A well-established clinic based in Mill Park, is seeking an ambitious New Graduate Occupational Therapist to join the team. Work a part of a multidisciplinary team, deliver high-quality, client centered therapy and collaborate with families, educators and other professionals.
As a new graduate, you’ll receive weekly 1:1 supervisions, bi-weekly group support, ongoing guidance and professional development in a supportive flexible environment.

- Salary of $75,000 - $80,000 + superannuation + travel reimbursement (99c/km) + PD allowance

About the Role:

- Provide therapy services across home, school, and community settings
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans based on individual assessments
- Assist families by offering practical guidance and helping set meaningful goals
- Keep detailed and up-to-date clinical documentation and progress notes
- Engage in team meetings, supervision, and team-oriented case reviews
- Foster positive relationships with families and external service providers
- Help nurture and strengthen our inclusive, team-oriented culture

Requirements:

- Bachelor or Master’s in Occupational Therapy (or graduating in 2025/2026).
- Driver’s license and access to a car.
- Full Australian working rights.
