Fusion People are currently seeking an experienced Civil Leading Hand to join a reputable civil contractor delivering major bulk earthworks projects across Brisbane.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with a well-established contractor, with ongoing projects and the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role As the Civil Leading Hand, you'll be responsible for leading site crews whilst working closely with the Supervisor to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to programme.

Duties will include:

- Leading and supervising civil crews on site.
- Coordinating daily activities and allocating tasks.
- Bulk earthworks.
- Working alongside operators, labourers and subcontractors.
- Maintaining a protected and productive work environment.
- Liaising with Supervisors and Project Management to ensure works are delivered on schedule.





What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Civil Leading Hand.
- Strong background in bulk earthworks or civil construction.
- Ability to lead crews and coordinate daily site activities.
- White Card (essential).
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
- Relevant plant tickets (highly regarded).
