Our client is a well-established real estate agency in Maitland looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their close-knit team. You’ll take ownership of an established portfolio of approximately 165 properties, with additional administrative and field support to make your day that little bit easier.

The Role:

- Manage an established residential portfolio end-to-end
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance, arrears and lease renewals
- Complete inspections,



rental reviews and compliance
- Work closely with the Head of Department

About You:

- Previous Property Management experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive and confident managing a portfolio
- Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
