Join a globally recognised retail portfolio expanding across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll lead the HR function, partnering with senior leaders across Retail and Corporate to drive people initiatives that support business growth and deliver an exceptional employee experience.

The Role:

- Partner directly with Senior Leaders across Retail & Corporate, providing strategic and operational HR support across Australia & New Zealand.
- Lead the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, engagement and development.
- Act as the trusted HR advisor, managing complex employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with Australian and New Zealand employment legislation, including the General Retail Industry Award.
- Drive key people initiatives, partnering with regional HR teams to deliver performance, talent, reward, DE&I; and culture programs that support business objectives.
- Lead and develop the HR Advisor while overseeing HR operations, Workday administration, reporting and Work Health & Safety across the region.

Experience & Responsibilities:

- Demonstrated HR HR Generalist experience within a fast-paced, multi-site environment, ideally within Retail,



Hospitality or a customer-focused industry.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, with exposure to General Retail Industry Award & New Zealand employment law highly regarded.
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations matters, coaching leaders and providing commercially focused HR advice.
- Experience across end-to-end recruitment, talent management, organisational development and partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver people strategies.
- A proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused approach, with strong stakeholder management skills
