ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Operating from a large-scale manufacturing facility in Western Sydney, the business combines advanced manufacturing, engineering and modular construction to produce high-quality building solutions for major projects across Australia.

With a growing pipeline of major projects and continued investment into its Western Sydney operations, the business is seeking 2 x Production Supervisors to strengthen its afternoon shift leadership team.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

- Take ownership of a key production team within a rapidly growing manufacturing operation.
- Lead from the floor — driving people, productivity, quality and safety.
- Work alongside Production, Engineering, Quality and Maintenance teams.
- Play an active role in improving how the operation performs as it continues to scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead, coach and coordinate afternoon-shift production teams.
- Drive daily production targets, workflow and resource allocation.
- Maintain high standards across safety,



quality and productivity.
- Troubleshoot production challenges and drive continuous improvement.

ABOUT YOU:

- Previous leadership experience within manufacturing, steel, fabrication or modular construction.
- Strong, hands-on leadership style with the ability to get the best from your team.
- Sound understanding of production scheduling, workflow and quality.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
