About the position
Our client is looking for Practice Managers to join our clients’ team across multiple Brisbane clinics. These roles suit confident leaders who enjoy building culture, improving systems and keeping a clinic running smoothly.
Depending on the clinic, you’ll oversee:
- Day-to-day clinic operations, workflow and patient experience
- Team leadership, recruitment support, rostering and performance coaching
- Front desk management, appointment optimisation and recall systems
- Billing processes, KPI reporting and profitability initiatives
- Stock control, supplier coordination and facility readiness
- Compliance, infection control oversight and policy implementation
- Supporting dentists and clinicians delivering services such as general dentistry, implants,
Invisalign/orthodontics, cosmetic treatments, emergency care and periodontal programs (clinic dependent)
Key Requirements
- Experience as a Dental Practice Manager or senior dental receptionist/team leader
- Robust people leadership and confident communication style
- Solid understanding of dental scheduling, billing and patient journeys
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working to KPIs
- Experience with practice management software (any major system welcome)
