About the position Our client is looking for a full-time Practice Manager—either an experienced dental professional ready to move into practice management, or an existing Practice Manager with 1–2 years’ experience seeking a bigger opportunity. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive smooth daily operations, support a high-performing clinical team, and elevate the patient journey.
Key Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience as a dental assistant OR
1–2 years’ experience as a Dental Practice Manager
- Robust understanding of dental workflows: scheduling, recalls, treatment coordination
- Excellent patient communication and complaint-resolution ability
- High attention to compliance, infection control standards, and privacy procedures
