We are currently seeking experienced Coilers Machine Operators, to join our client in Dandenong South.

- Ongoing work: Monday to Thursday, night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Training is mandatory and will be completed on the day shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) for approximately 2–3 months, depending on the operator's progress, before transitioning to the night shift.
- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) knowledge and compliance are essential.
- Maintaining safety awareness at all times is mandatory on site.
- 12-hour shifts.
- General housekeeping is an essential responsibility to maintain a clean and safe work environment.





The role responsibilities will include:

- Operation & Monitoring: Watching active runs to make sure plastic hosing winds evenly onto reels without tangling or twisting
- Quality Control: Inspecting finished coils for structural defects, correct dimensions, and proper tension

Core Requirements:

- Safety & Compliance: Following factory safety rules and wearing proper protective gear.
- Technical Skills: Basic mechanical know-how to troubleshoot minor machine issues and adjust settings.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift or move moderate-to-heavy plastic coils.
