An established and high-performing practice located in the Inner Brisbane CBD Fringe (Spring Hill area) is seeking a dedicated Female VR General Practitioner for a required Full-Time Permanent role. This practice has high patient demand, extended weekday hours, and operates on a high-fee Mixed Billing structure, ensuring immediate, high-volume earnings.

The vacancy is due to continuous practice growth, and the clinic prioritizes continuity of care for its substantial patient base.

Financial & Contract Details

- Billing Structure: Mixed Billing with a strong fee schedule, including private billing on weekends and procedures.
- Remuneration Split: Highly competitive 65% of Gross Billings.
- Guaranteed Rate: A secure introductory rate of $150 per hour for the first 3 months.
- Average Earnings: Current billings average $397 per hour, resulting in an average take-home of $258 per hour.
- Contract: Permanent Full time position required (Non-DPA location).

Work Schedule & Facilities

- Roster: Full-Time hours with flexible session structuring. Weekday hours (Mon-Fri) are 7:45 am – 6:00 pm.
- Weekend Rotation:



Saturdays and/or Sundays (8:45 am – 12:30 pm) are required to ensure 7-day continuity of care.
- Support: Full-time Nurse support, a Part-Time Practice Manager supported by a Team Leader, and a dedicated Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Room.
- Facilities: Available practitioner parking.
- Mandatory Disclosure: Please note that the consulting rooms do not have windows.

Applicant Requirements

- Vocationally Registered General Practitioner (FRACGP/FACRRM).
- Female GP preferred to meet patient demand.
- Must be eligible for a Medicare Provider Number in a Non-DPA area.
