What You’ll Deliver

You’ll guide a mixed or paediatric caseload while providing clinical mentorship to Speech Pathologists within the MDT. Your experience will help shape service quality, client outcomes, and team development.

Caseload may include:

- Voice: Speech production
- Language: Understanding & expressive communication
- Speech sound development
- Literacy: Reading, comprehension, writing
- Fluency: Including stuttering
- Swallowing: Assessment & safe mealtime practices

You will support clients who may struggle to communicate, feel misunderstood, or experience mealtime challenges. Through evidence-based intervention, you’ll help clients build communication confidence and independence across clinic, home, school, and community environments.
