You will independently perform a broad range of ultrasound examinations and operate ultrasound equipment and information systems
Responsibilities
- ultrasound examinations across multiple specialties
- examinations based on clinical presentation and patient condition
- ultrasound equipment operations
- Collaborate closely with in office radiologists
The successful candidate will be a competent and proficient practitioner, responsible for delivering high-quality ultrasound services while working collaboratively with radiologists and fellow sonographers.
Experience
- Postgraduate qualification in Ultrasound
- Current ASAR registration
- Demonstrated competency across agreed ultrasound areas
- Excellent time management, communication skills and professionalism
- 3+ years post-graduate experience
- CT and/or X-ray experience
- AHPRA registration
- Victorian Radiation Use Licence
