About the Role

You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving a range of high-speed food production and packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working on a permanent night shift, you will play a key role in minimising downtime, ensuring equipment reliability, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on production and packaging machinery
- Diagnose faults and perform timely repairs to reduce downtime
- Work on conveyors, mixers, fillers, wrappers, and automated production lines
- Support equipment installation, upgrades, and improvement projects
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with food manufacturing standards
- Accurately complete maintenance logs and documentation





What's Required

- Trade qualified Maintenance Fitter (or equivalent)
- Experience in food, FMCG, or fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently on night shift
- Safety-focused with a strong attention to detail
