Forklift Operator

The Role

- Working Safely in a manufacturing warehouse & yard, operating forklift to move palletised product, stacking pallets & Product in yard & Loading and unloading trucks
- Assisting when required in peak seasons: Monitoring of Granulation equipment to ensure the efficient production of fertiliser.
- Manual handling up to 20kgs
- Conduct daily quality checks on product
- Carrying out housekeeping tasks in the production area
- Work Safely in a fast-paced team setting
- Comply with all WHS requirements, SOPs, permits, and site safety procedures
- ADHOC duties as required throughout the warehouse/yard
- Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate

Criteria

- High Risk License: Forklift (Required)




- Minimum of 6 months experience operating forklifts and within a busy production yard
- White Card
- Relevant experience in an Industrial Manufacturing environment: in Fertiliser, Chemical or Agricultural materials an advantage.
- Self-motivated, strong work ethics and team orientated
- Valid C Class Licence + Reliable Transport
- National Police Clearance
- Proof of Working Rights & full work availability (potential 6-12months + on-going placement)
