ROLE: CENTRE DIRECTOR - 2027 start
ANZUK are seeking an experienced, values-driven Director who is looking to make a career move for 2027.
We have an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who is passionate about building strong teams, establishing positive family relationships, and delivering exceptional outcomes for children.
As Centre Director of a new centre in this small cluster, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the service, ensuring compliance, driving occupancy, mentoring educators, and forming genuine connections the local community.

- Someone who has a clear vision on what quality education is and who is excited about empowering their team to deliver it! Leading by example is key but also having the ability to create a culture where the team genuinely embody their shared philosophy.

So who are you?
- Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Experienced Diploma Directors are also welcome to apply
- Previous experience in a Centre Director role in Australian settings
- Proficient understanding of the NQF, EYLF, Child Safety and Compliance requirements
- Confident in managing budgets, occupancy, and team performance
- Passionate about mentoring and developing educators
