Our client is a well-established Queensland builder and developer with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential communities across South East Queensland. Due to an expanding pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint both a Project Manager and a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team.

The Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from commencement through to completion. You'll oversee programme, budget, commercial performance and project teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of large-scale residential townhouse developments.
- Oversee project budgets, programmes and commercial performance to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead project teams including Site Managers, Contract Administrators and site personnel.
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and implement strategies to keep projects on programme and within budget.




- Ensure all projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

About You

- Previous experience as a Project Manager delivering residential, townhouse, multi-residential or commercial construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver projects from commencement through to completion.
- Strong commercial understanding with experience managing budgets, programmes and contracts.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering projects valued from $30M+, with larger project exposure highly regarded.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building or a related discipline.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for delivering quality outcomes.
