Speech Pathologist

Sydney NSW (South-West location)
$90,000 – $120,000 + Super + Bonus + Benefits

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, multi-disciplinary allied health provider with a strong reputation for clinical excellence and staff wellbeing.
Due to continued growth, an opportunity is now available for a Speech Pathologist to join a supportive and high-performing team.

The Role
In this position, you will:

- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Deliver evidence-based, client-centred interventions.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary allied health team.
- Support clients across a diverse caseload.

You will be supported by an experienced leadership team that prioritises clinician wellbeing, development, and manageable caseloads.

About You

- A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
- Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- A collaborative and proactive approach.

Highly regarded (but not essential):

- Experience in NDIS and/or disability settings
- Knowledge of AAC, dysphagia, and mealtime management

Additional Opportunity – Team Leader
For more experienced clinicians, there is also an opportunity to step into a Team Leader position, involving mentoring, clinical supervision, and supporting team development.
