Join a well-established Northern Beaches agency with a supportive leadership team, streamlined systems and a genuine focus on helping their people grow. You will manage a portfolio of 120 residential properties with the backing of dedicated leasing and accounts support, allowing you to focus on your Landlord and Tenant relationships.

- Routines, ingoings and outgoings
- Handle maintenance and arrears
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Prepare for and attend NCAT
- Manage bond and insurance claims
- Maintain portfolio compliance

Experience required

- Previous Property Management experience
- Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Robust customer service and communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
