About the role:

If you're the type of Property Manager who likes to take ownership, gets stuck in and enjoys being out and about as much as behind the desk, this could be exactly what you're looking for.

You will manage a portfolio of 160 residential properties that has been personally overseen by the Team Leader and is in exceptional condition. You will take ownership from leasing right through to the outgoing inspection, with plenty of support from a collaborative team around you. As an added bonus, you will also have the opportunity to learn the commercial side of property management if that's something you've been curious about.

- Manage a portfolio from leasing through to vacate
- Conduct routines and outgoings
- Rent reviews, lease renewals
- Arrears management
- Prepare for and attend NCAT
- Build relationships with landlords and tenants
- Carry out leasing inspections

Experience required:

- 2-3 years Property Management experience
- NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving ability
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
