About the Role
We're looking for an Accounting & Tax Manager who wants more than just a title.
You'll lead a high-performing team, take ownership of an exciting client portfolio, and work closely with Partners to deliver outcomes while building long-term, trusted client relationships.
This is a leadership role with real influence. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, drive improvements, develop talent and strengthen client relationships,
all while being supported by a collaborative and experienced leadership team.

Requirements
Requirements:
- CA/CPA qualified.
- Solid experience across SME / private group clients.
- Solid grounding in Australian accounting and tax / Australian Accounting Standards.
- Proven ability to lead multiple priorities and deadlines with strong organisation and judgement.
- Strong people leadership skills, with a track record of developing others and building a sense of belonging and shared outcomes.
