We’re partnering with a leading global advisory and accounting firm seeking a Manager to join their Private Business / Business Services team in Adelaide.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of privately owned businesses and high-net-worth clients, while building your leadership footprint.

The role
You’ll take ownership of a varied client portfolio and act as a trusted advisor across the full business lifecycle. From operational challenges to growth strategy and structuring, you’ll be at the centre of decision-making.

Key responsibilities
• Manage and grow a portfolio of private clients, delivering high-quality advisory and compliance services
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and provide proactive, commercial solutions
• Design and implement business and tax structures aligned with client goals
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Associates and Senior Associates




• Contribute to business development and help shape your own area of specialization

What we’re looking for
• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
• Solid experience in business advisory, ideally with private clients or HNW individuals
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver strategic insights
• Confident leader with a genuine interest in developing people
• Commercial mindset with the ability to simplify complex problems
