The Role

Off the back of a solid 2025 and an exciting pipeline already secured for 2026, they’re now looking to bring on their next strategic hire: a Structural Engineer to work alongside and learn from the Structural Lead.

This is a hands-on design role where you’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of building projects while developing your autonomy as your experience grows.

The Responsibilities

This is a hands-on design role where you will deliver a range of projects covering all building types and will be able to work with the support of your seniors but with autonomy as your experience grows.





The Requirements

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

- 1–6 years’ experience as a Structural Engineer in an Australian consultancy (Newcastle/Sydney experience highly regarded)
- Experience delivering building projects such as residential, commercial, industrial, aged care, healthcare, or infrastructure
- A proactive attitude and the drive to grow your skills and career
- Full working rights in Australia
