Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day residential site operations from start to handover
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and deliveries to keep builds moving
- Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards on site
- Monitor progress, resolve issues quickly, and keep projects on schedule

About You

- Proven experience supervising residential construction sites
- Robust trade coordination and problem-solving skills
- Practical, organised, and hands-on management style
- WA-based with full Australian working rights
