We are currently supporting a well-established, purpose-built clinic in Hunter Valley (NSW) seeking an experienced FRACGP-qualified GP to provide remote supervision to non-VR doctors under approved supervision pathways and work in clinic for 85% billings.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior GP seeking versatile supervisory work without relocation, while contributing meaningfully to workforce development in regional NSW.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Vocationally Registered General Practitioner (FRACGP) eligible for Level 2-3 supervision, to provide structured remote and practiceclinical oversight and mentorship to non-VR GPs.

This role offers:

- Flexible remote engagement plus 2 days in clinic
- 12-month+ secure contract with extension potential

Key Responsibilities

- Provide clinical supervision in accordance with RACGP / AHPRA supervision requirements
- Conduct case reviews and structured mentoring sessions
- Support clinical governance,



quality assurance and risk management
- Review complex cases and provide escalation pathways where required
- Assist supervisees with exam preparation and professional development
- Maintain compliance with Medicare billing, documentation and best-practice standards

Essential Criteria

- FRACGP or equivalent Vocational Registration
- Current AHPRA registration (unrestricted)
- Eligibility for Level 2 or Level 3 Supervision
- Strong clinical governance and mentoring capability
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience supervising under FSP / PEP pathways (desirable)
