- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and consultants
- Take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes
- Lead with accountability, initiative, and professionalism

What you’ll bring:

- Proven experience managing high‑rise residential builds
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- QBCC Open Site Supervisor License
- Strong experience with external cladding/facades/screening
- A commitment to quality, safety and delivery excellence
