The Clinic and Role:

- Established practice located on the southern Gold Coast, close to the Queensland/New South Wales border
- Purpose built clinic with a comfortable, welcoming setting
- GP-owned practice with doctors enjoying genuine autonomy in their clinical decision-making
- Current team of 3 doctors with two GP owners looking to gradually step back
- One owner remains onsite daily providing support, with the other working part-time
- Additional GP working 3 days per week
- Strong nursing support with 2 nurses onsite and daily nurse coverage
- Best Practice software in use
- Patient demographic largely 65+ with loyal, long-term community patients
- Opportunity to provide continuity of care within a friendly, relationship-focused practice




- Strong procedural opportunities including privately billed iron infusions, ear syringing and other clinical procedures
- Onsite pathology, physio recently joined, and two pharmacies nearby

You:

- MBBS or equivalent
- Current AHPRA registration
- VR GP
- Strong interest in continuity of care and community medicine
- Comfortable managing a broad patient demographic, particularly older patients and chronic disease
- Enjoy working autonomously while being part of a supportive team
- Interest in procedures and building long-term patient relationships
