About the role:

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Inventory & Procurement Specialist to join a well-established and growing organisation.

This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of procurement, inventory management and supplier performance, ensuring products are sourced efficiently and available to meet customer demand.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement & Supply, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing procurement across local and international suppliers
- Monitoring inventory levels, forecasting and replenishment
- Building strong supplier relationships and driving cost savings
- Managing purchase orders, lead times and stock availability
- Analysing inventory performance and identifying improvement opportunities
- Maintaining accurate product and pricing data within Microsoft Business Central
- Producing procurement and inventory reports using Excel and Power BI
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain

About You To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain (5 years minimum)
- Experience using Microsoft Business Central (essential)




- Strong inventory management and forecasting skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience analysing data
- Power BI experience (highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
