Opportunity:
As the Contract Administrator you will be working closely with the Development Manager and Construction Manager on the brand new estate development in Burpengary. This will consist of 2750 homes, 76 hectares of industrial land. A commercial precinct including: shopping centre, tavern and bulk liquor, childcare centres, medical centres. Future stages including 3700 homes, hotels, apartment towers and retail shops.
