Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of PVC bends and fittings for the electrical, communications and civil industries. We have 2 locations in Brisbane and 1 in Melbourne.

We are looking for a warehouse supervisor to step in immediately and drive the energy, culture and output of our staff and operation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and motivate your team: Assign tasks, monitor performance, train staff, and run shift briefings.
- Manage operations: Oversee receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure orders are accurate and on time.
- Safety: Ensure compliance with WHS policies, conduct safety checks, and promote a safe work setting.
- Performance: Monitor KPIs (pick rates, accuracy, dispatch times)



and support process improvements.
- Communication: Coordinate with supervisors, inventory, and transport teams; escalate issues when needed.
- Systems: Must have SAP experience Use WMS and RF scanners, track workflow, and maintain accurate reporting

Skills & Experience:

- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Warehouse/logistics experience with team leadership or supervision
- Knowledge of SAP, WMS and RF scanners
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to meet deadlines
- Inventory control experience
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or similar leadership position.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- A proactive, organised and hands-on leadership style with a strong customer focus.
