Yanunati is partnering with a well-established industrial services provider to recruit an experienced Workshop Supervisor / Fabrication Coordinator for a permanent opportunity based in Geraldton, WA.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced workshop leader with a fabrication background to take ownership of a busy workshop, lead daily operations, and support the delivery of high-quality projects across the mining, oil & gas and industrial sectors.

About the Role As the Workshop Supervisor / Fabrication Coordinator, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a fabrication workshop, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Working closely with the Workshop Superintendent, you'll coordinate people, resources and materials while maintaining strong client service and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily workshop operations, job scheduling and labour allocation.
- Manage workflow to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within scope.
- Coordinate materials, purchasing and workshop resources.
- Oversee inward goods, stock control and dispatch activities.
- Support project delivery through quality checks and operational coordination.
- Mentor apprentices and provide leadership to workshop personnel.
- Foster a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to maintain exceptional service delivery.

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Trade qualification in a relevant discipline.




- Previous experience leading or coordinating a fabrication or engineering workshop.
- Sound knowledge of fabrication processes and welding procedures.
- Strong planning, scheduling and resource coordination skills.
- Experience with materials purchasing, inventory or workshop logistics.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to safety and quality.
