Manage the workforce that enables life-changing services for Queensland's multicultural communities. Reporting to the General Manager, Corporate Services, the Manager, People & Culture is a pivotal leadership role responsible for creating an environment where employees develop, thrive and perform at their best. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and managers across the organisation, you will lead and deploy workforce strategy, strengthen leadership capability, foster an engaged and inclusive culture, and ensure contemporary people practices support organisational success.
Combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, you will oversee workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, employee and industrial relations, recruitment,
performance management, WHS, change management and organisational development. You will also provide trusted advice to leaders, champion culturally responsive leadership and drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and organisational capability.
We are seeking an experienced People & Culture leader with strong HR and IR expertise, a track record of building positive workplace cultures in a diverse and multicultural team, and experience supporting organisational growth and change. Your collaborative leadership style, commercial judgement and ability to coach and influence leaders will be complemented by a genuine commitment to inclusion, diversity and community impact.
Experience within aged care, health, community services, nonprofit or other purpose-driven environments will be highly regarded.
