A Contracts Administrator is sought by an established Commercial Fit Contractor in Inner Sydney, to work on commercial office, education, and government fit out and refurbishment projects in the $5 - 20 million range.

The Chance:

- Working for an established commercial fit out contractor, trading for 30 years
- Working under a PM with projects ranging from $5 million - 20 million on average, but the opportunity to work on projects in the $20 - 50 million available with career progression
- Initial project will be a $10 million commercial fit out
- $120k to $140k package
- Immediate start

You will have:

- A Construction Management Degree or similar
- 3 years minimum previous project coordination or contracts administration experience with a Principal Commercial Contractor in Sydney is essential
- Experience with procurement, letting contracts, claims, variations, final accounts, sub contractor payments
- Procore experience is essential
- A steady career history and proven CA background required
