A Site Manager is sought by a Tier 2 Builder, to manage a $60 million industrial construction project in Western Sydney.

The Opportunity:

- Working for a busy Tier 2 Builder on industrial construction projects from $30 million to $400 million
- You will be working on a $60 million industrial construction project.
- You will be managing a Foreman and Leading Hand, reporting to a Construction Manager
- $220k to $250K package, plus bonus
- Immediate start
- Long term permanent chance
- Western Sydney based site
- 13 Flexible RDO's a year

- Reporting to a Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager
- This successful builder focuses on industrial construction projects.
- Projects between $20 million to $400 million
- 30 years trading history
- 120+ staff in business

​You will have:

- A Trade Certificate,



Carpentry Cert III preferred
- Previous supervisory experience with a Tier 2 Builder in NSW essential
- Industrial construction experience preferred, residential and commercial construction considered
- Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy Tier 2 builder
- Experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects over $40 million with a Tier 2 Builder
- A steady career history and previous site management background
- Solid programming experience
- Experience with Procore
- Highly competent with IT, documents and Apps
