Mental Health Support Worker Needed - Canterbury - Bankstown

We're looking for an experienced Mental Health Support Worker to join our team.
This role involves supporting participants with complex and challenging behaviours in a safe and person-centred manner.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2+ years proven experience in mental health support
- Experience working with participants from the judicial system (highly regarded)
- Strong skills in progress notes and documentation
- Must be alert, professional, and confident working with participants under line-of-sight (RP's)
- Fluent in English — both written and verbal communication
- Compassionate, reliable, and a strong team player

Essential Checks & Certificates:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Police Check
- First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Orientation Modules
- COVID-19 Vaccination

MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE AND NSW DRIVERS LICENCE, RIGHT TO WORK in Australia
