Site Manager / Site Foreman – Commercial Construction
$150,000 – $170,000 Package. Immediate Start.

We are partnering with a well-established and highly respected commercial builder to recruit 2 Site Managers / Site Foremen for long-term roles across Melbourne.

This builder specialises in education and community-focused projects, including schools, childcare centres and sporting pavilions, and is known for delivering well-run, professional sites with realistic programmes, with strong leadership support.

About the Role:
This is a permanent, long-term prospect — not a project-by-project hire.
The business invests heavily in its people, site culture and work–life balance.
Current and upcoming projects include:

- Schools and education facilities
- Childcare centres
- Sporting pavilions and community buildings
- Council and government-funded projects
- Project values typically ranging from $5m – $15m

- 9-day fortnight
- Sites rarely operate on RDOs or Saturdays

- On site from approx. 6:30am - Typical finish around 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

- Full site management of commercial construction projects
- Deliver projects safely, on time, on budget and to specification
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers and trades
- Lead site safety, OH&S; compliance and toolbox meetings
- Manage construction programmes and reporting
- Maintain site diaries, reports and attend meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants
- Identify and proactively manage site risks and opportunities
- Promote teamwork, morale and a positive site culture

About You:

- Proven experience and background as a Site Manager, Senior Site Manager or Site Foreman on commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of OH&S;, compliance and site procedures
- Calm, solutions-focused leadership style
- Professional communicator who leads by example
- Seeking long-term stability, not short-term project work
- Must have a valid Employee Working With Children’s Card
- Trade Qualification desirable
