What’s On Offer

- $85,000 to $115,000 (depending on experience)
- Bonus structure for exceeding KPIs
- Sustainable billables: 4 to 5 hours per day (includes travel, notes and admin)

- Community travel kept local: generally no more than 30 minutes from the clinic or your home

Your Role:

- Deliver evidence-based speech pathology services across clinic, schools, homes and community settings
- Complete assessments, therapy and documentation aligned to your caseload preferences
- Communicate confidently with families, schools and key stakeholders




- Participate in weekly mentoring, supervision and team development
- Maintain high-quality notes, reports and progress tracking
- Contribute to a team-oriented, multidisciplinary team environment

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership (or eligibility)
- Full driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
